The L5 remote control was unveiled at the ShowStoppers panel in the CES 2010. This remote control gives the consumers a wonderful alternative to replace the multiple and baffling remote control devices. With its help, you can now control your TV, DVD, audio equipments and many other products that have an infra red remote using your iPhone or iPod Touch.

Keeping up with the customs of the company, Apple sent out invitations via e-mail to the members of the press for an event called the iPod centric for the 9th of September. The month of September is usually marked with the launch of new iPod models which was even seen last year when Apple launched the nanochromatic iPod Nanos and the second generation iPod Touch. The event this year is expected to start at 10 a.m. Pacific Time on Sept 9 at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Francisco.
