Apple has released a new lineup of iPod touch which starts at an affordable price of $199. With this release, Apple has opened its Application store which has over 75,000 applications for the iPod users. The iPod touch has been designed incredibly using Multi-Touch user interface. Apart from features like Wi-Fi Bluetooth and an in-built Accelerometer and speakers, the iPod also has a thin metal design which makes it look stunning.
There is great news headed for all the users of iPod as Apple recently announced that various classic models including iPod Nano will be available at a discounted price. Moreover, Apple will soon showcase its next generation hardware for iPods with improved features in an upcoming music themed event.
There has been an unprecedented fall in the prices of iPod models recently, which has only made them more affordable. The great surprise it that the camera of the iPod Touch will be located in the center of the device and not offset like the iPhone camera. Whereas, the new camera of the iPod Nano will be placed in the bottom left corner that is the top left when the iPod is held horizontally. The exterior of the Touch remains almost same, but the Nano will get a widescreen display.
