Recently, apple announced an overhaul of its iPod lineup of media players, a revamp of its underperforming Apple TV box, and a new social media network in iTunes, to usher in the holiday season.
Apple’s core business has always been music and the media player segment with the iPod being a great hit, but as the market saturated it launched the iPhone and the iPad which have also become instant hits amongst the users. This perhaps is one of the bigger reasons for Apple to venture into newer avenues and this latest iPods sets the tone for it.
