Cake mania is an iPod game which is about Jill Evans who is preparing for her wedding. However, due to an accident her guests go back in time. Jill has the onus to bring all of them back to present by the help of her talent in cake-making. She has the task of travelling through 80 levels and six eras. The only way to fix the disaster is to use her expertise in cake making.

As a player you will have to guide Jill across the historical eras which include the Jurassic period, medieval England, ancient Egypt, China’s Forbidden City and France. Jill has to serve cakes and drinks to customers who include dinosaurs, Robin Hood, Egyptian gods, Napoleon and the emperor of China. The tips which she gets as a result of good service can be used to buy equipments to optimize her service. Each level starts with Jill taking orders from different customers and catering to their needs. She has to bake cakes in the shape desired by the customers and serve them to collect their tips before moving on to the next customer.

With each passing level, Jill moves ahead in time and the orders also start getting complex. On higher levels she has to not only juggle the drinks that have been ordered but also has the task of frosting and decorating the cakes. However, you must check whether or not the iPod models that you have are compatible for this game. It is compatible with iPod nano (3rd, 4th and 5th generation) and with iPod classic.
